This story is about a girl named Toni, and her house is full of animals. She has a sleepover, and the most popular girl, Leona, comes over, and Meghan, her friend. She thinks it's really weird, but ends up helping a little bird.

Some of the animals are:

• The goose in the bathtub, who took up all of the bathoom for its home, and doesn't like it if anyone else comes in.
• The parrot Mortimer, likes to drink coffee and drag food off people's plates.
• A little kitten keeps trying to cath the koi in the pond, so he's always getting his paws wet, and the main character's older brother is always trying to get him out.

The funniest part was when Mortimer was trying to peck off Leona's earring, because he thought it was a tick.

If I lived in a house like that, I think it would be fun, but a lot of work to take care of the animals.

I like how Leona helped Toni save one of the birds, and they were nice to each other. They are friends in the end.

Recommendation: people who like funny things, like parrots drinking coffee, and lots of animals, will like this book.
